TELEVISION: 1K works with top producers, channels and networks to create engaging promotional media for TV Shows including Promos, Making-of Features, Digital Campaigns, 2nd Screen Apps, Social Media Features and more.
GAMES: 1K works with top Developers and Distributors to create engaging promotional & supplemental media for Games, including Promos, Trailers, UI, Motion Graphics, Digital Campaigns, Apps, Social Media and more.
DIGITAL PUBLISHING & EDUCATION: 1K works with top Publishers to create engaging rich-media for the world’s next generation of digital products, including Enhanced Books, Apps, EPUB3, Educational Illustration & Motion Graphics and more.
BRANDS: 1K works with top Brand Advertisers and their Agencies to create exciting, engaging content and promotional media, including Digital Campaigns, Viral Videos, Apps, Motions Graphics, Branded Content and more.

A SHORT HISTORY
1K Studios was founded in 1997 out of the need for compelling user experiences for the then newest advancement in video: DVD. The team consisted of designers, animators and producers dedicated to taking a one dimensional product and turning it into an interactive platform that changed the game for filmmakers and studios a like. Home Entertainment became important and has since been the driver for developing some of the most innovative at home movie watching experiences of all time. With 1K at the forefront in design and interactivity, Studios and Filmmakers continue to seek us out to innovate special features for DVD, Blu-ray, and now Apps. Our unique ability to handle multiple genres and styles has also attracted the attention of companies like Apple and Microsoft, Penguin Books, Electronic Arts, and more. In 2011, Cinram International acquired 1K to help advance their growth in emerging technologies and digital content delivery platforms.
